McCain House #2 Sleeps 6 and is a nice little ranch style 3 bedroom, two bath house. Located approx. a block away from WV ATV Resort at 654 Prosperity school rd Rock WV, 24747.  Unbeatable view of wildlife on the 1 acre private yard, and dedicated Wi-Fi. You will be so comfortable, you will want to extend your stay! The Master Bedroom is equipped with a Queen Size Bed, sanitized linens, and your own private bathroom.  The second bedroom has a full size bed. The third bedroom has a full size bed as well as a twin bed. You will love the spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and all utensils. We thought of everything you would want to bring! (including the kitchen sink!)  Park model Charcoal grill available on site.  You will be surrounded in comfort with Sanitized Linens, Blankets, and Pillows. Enjoy relaxing in The living room on a huge sectional couch while watching cable TV.  We look forward to being here to provide you the greatest experience you can have staying with us and riding the best trails in all of West Virginia!  Book this beautiful home with us for $300.00 per night with a one time charge of $50.00 for cleaning fee. *Garage is not available for guest use*

Please view the Lease Agreement before booking. The Property is fully furnished by WV ATV Rentals. The following amenities are included in the Cabins/ house: Microwave, Range, Oven, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, TV, Cable, WiFi, Linens

A starter supply of household cooking supplies are available in the Property for use. Guest is responsible for purchasing/providing any additional supplies and all food and beverages.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of persons allowed to stay in the Property is limited to 10. Guest will be charged without notice for additional persons staying in the Property and not disclosed to Owner.

Rental Period & Check-In.  The term of this lease will be from Arrival Date to Departure Date. The Property will be ready for Guest’s occupancy beginning at 3:00 PM on the Arrival Date and the Property must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the Departure Date, unless otherwise agreed by Owner.

Cancellation. Guest may cancel within 14 days of reservation for a full refund. If Guest cancels the reservation less than fourteen (14) days before the Arrival Date, the Total Amount Due will be forfeited.
